This is our 4D scan! We recommend that this scan is done from 28-31 weeks pregnant. But can be enjoyed at any time after 20 weeks. Policies
PLEASE READ!
1. Gender Scan Policy--We offer a money back guarantee if the gender is wrong. We require proof of the error. Accepted proof: an ultrasound showing gender with your name on the scan. We do NOT accept scan pictures without your name on them(we do NOT accept scans from The Women's Clinic because they do not put your name on the ultrasound.).
2. 4D Rescan Policy--We offer a complimentary 15 minute rescan. To qualify for the rescan, no partial pictures of the face were seen. Rescans are not available on weekdays after 3pm or Saturdays.
3. Incorrect gender via Sneak Peak Clinical. Sneak Peak Clinical offers a 100% money back guarantee. You will need to file a claim on their website.
4. Loss of Deposit via late cancellation/rescheduling--Appointments MUST be adjusted 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
5. Loss of Deposit via No Show/No Call-- If you miss your appointment and you did NOT call or text in advance, you will lose your deposit and you will NOT be allowed to rebook.
6. Deposits go towards your final balance. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will go towards a future visit.
